  • The university were good, staff are nice, the facilities were great. University faculties are pretty good, especially is the sport membership, I did tennis and the times they have managed were great. Clubs and societies were people who interest, perhaps there hobbies, there are different types of societies like sport societies, drama etc
    ← | →
  • Business school offers CPD (Continuing Professional Development) modules with workshops about CV writing, interviews preparation, communication and presentation skills and many more. Moreover, there are employment fairs on campus few times per year. CU also has nice and friendly career staff that helps with CV writing and job seeking. What is more, there is Centre for Global Engagement which helps with placements and becoming global graduates. Teachers are really kind and supportive, they respond to emails very promptly and are always willing to explain things more than once. Schedule is good as one day of the week is always free. CU has a really nice library that it's open 24/7. Also Engineering Building and William Morris Building have nice rooms and the stuff working there is friendly. The Hub is a great place as well. All buildings are really close, which makes it easy to get around.

  • Incredible, met friends that will last my life time and got to take part in a high level of sport plus started my career as a product designer. Where I will end up in the future really has no limit, the university has helped me every step of my 4 years of study. My course had modules in all types of design which was peef ct for me. Also the university held a competition to win a 9 month product design placement which I won and now have 9 months work experience on my CV before I even graduated. Also the university have a Addvantage programme where you can pick and extra module to study for a term that's outside of your subject, I chose photography one year and have used the skills I picked up in all variations of work now.

  • I find Coventry a great University but some courses dont receive the same attention as others. Overall is a great university offering a lot of great services thinking about the students. The city life is the worse part, but if you want to be active you just have to explore what the city has to offer. The tutors are really nice and helpful making the lectures interesting and appealing. The university is investing in new buildings and offering new and better facilities for all courses. A lot of new buildings and technologies all over Coventry, as well as trips for all course with financial help.

  • I am enjoying it so far and I would class my experience as good. The course I'm doing is a very good course I think. I am completely satisfied at the moment. Lecturers are experienced in the industry and teach it well. The university has links to a number of companies in the industry so good links for placement opportunities.

Work experience, internships, industrial placements, part-time jobs, modules from different courses, skills modules. Courses and lecturers are interactive, fun, and make the course interesting! There are lts of environmental projects/ TEDx talks/ volunteering in local schools, migrant centres, refugee centres, city councils. • My experience at Coventry has been great. I think this is a very interesting university, fully modernised teaching methods and approach, 24x7 full equipped library, access to all major computing softwares. The tutors encourage us to contact them, regular meeting for groups and individuals are set up to check on our progress and to allow us to provide feedback on any changes to the course we may prefer. However any support required with technical faults, such as with moodle or emails, can take longer to resolve as the tech team are slow at replying to your issues and concerns. It's more likely to be sorted if you approach specific personel with your problem as emails are often pushed to one side.

  • Coventry University is excellent with great facilities, staff and work. The city itself is small with the outskirts being quite rough but the university is in the nicest area with clean safe streets. many of the modules are directly involved in improving your technical skills and giving you a wide range of ability's. The University provides job fairs with major companies so that you can interact with potential employers. There is a large amount of support for internship placements and also post graduate jobs for the students. Lecturers are all very high-skilled, they cover a broad range of topics in first year before becoming more specific to your area of interest by third year. Many of of my lectures were on theory but there are modules that have lots of practical work interspersed within the lectures.

  • This has been the best educational experience, I want to thank the staff, I think they are the nicer people on planet earth! During the time I spent here I have learned a lot because the centre seems to have everything under control. A good experience.

  • Despite the hardwork Law LLB is a course that is dedicated to broadening your perspectives deepening, your thoughts and cementing your values. I find it interesting so it is enjoyable but you cannot ignore the complexity of the subject where missing one lecture is equivalent to 10. There are different teaching styles but you have to make it work for you.. The course is structured in a way that you cannot get lost.. They often throw in guest lectures to make things even more interesting.

  • I am happy that I chose Coventry university. I would like more trips to other cities or around Coventry as well. But the people are nice, most tutors are also. I like the environment. Tutors are extremely nice and they are trying to make the lectures as interesting as possible. As for the university facilities, in my opinion they are very good. Everything seems relatively new and proffesional. I don't have any experience about personal support , but the academic support it's pretty great. There is help offered with whatever you might need, with essays, lectures or any other work.

  • I have enjoyed my degree and my experience so far. I have received a good level of support from lectuters and the level of feedback has been great. There is a good nightlife and plenty of things to do when you are not on campus, eg, cinema, eating out etc. There are lots of services for you to choose. A module dedicated to developing academic and professional skills. We are shown how to make a good CV, write good cover letters, fill out application forms and succeed at assessment centers. There is also an employment team. All facilities are very new and they work well, the library is nice and the facilities are constantly being upgraded. The buildings are all pleasant and they are kept clean.
