A very comprehensive and useful course, easy to follow. If I could pass on advice to others who are thinking of studying in this way it would be to push yourself and think of the reward at the end. Exponential Training is an excellent course provider that I will be using again in the near future.

Three of us attended Eskil’s workshop and it was a very interesting introduction to team cohesiveness. Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.
