Course programme

You will learn technique, combinations and the basics of belly dance. We are going to start from scratch and develop muscle strength for belly dancing, all belly dance moves will be broken into steps for easier understanding and learning. The classes will build up week by week. Classes can be taken as a course or on a drop in basis as this is an open level. The beginners class, as it says, is for absolutely beginners, no experience is required.
