Train the Trainer

Many people have to deliver training as part of their job role but don’t feel as if they have the necessary skills to do it whilst others wish to gain these additional skills as part of their professional development. In response to that need, we have developed this entirely practical one day course for both sets of people.

Using a variety of tried, tested and innovative methods, the day explores what is needed for an interactive training session, paying particular attention to planning, development and delivery and overcoming problems that can be faced.

In addition, there are numerous opportunities throughout the day for participants to put their learning into practice, should they wish! We try to create a fun, relaxed and fully supportive atmosphere where we can also explore any individual concerns about presenting and/or training.
