Through the course of the 3 days participants will develop in-depth knowledge of moving and handling theory as well as developing practical skills. Skills and knowledge of adult learning will also be learned.

As a Better Outcomes trainer you will also become part of on-line forum where you are able to seek the advice of others, share experiences, good and bad and be assured of continued peer support.
