After a rough beginning getting my TAQA qualification with different suppliers I came to Elite to check whether they would help me and hoping that they would be distinctive. It was a completely splendid decision. From the earliest starting point, the process was very fast and I was kept educated of what was going on and what was required from me by Polly and Jodie. Karren my assessor was super, truly strong and empowering all through. Frustating experience, they charged me more than the other students, my venue was changed without any intimation, no refund was offered. Instructors were late right from the day one. Though I passed the course but I feel Get Licensed is not efficient enough.

Terrible services, not responsible at all. I had not recevied my certificate its almost a year now. I am chasing them but there is no result. They are just wasting time and my efforts that's all I could see. I had enough with all that now. They are of no use at all.

Would not recommend at all. There is a lot that is not aligned here, where do I start from. Extra cost, bad customer services, late revert, no results, venue issues, bad communication. I am very much dissatisfied with the course. I would never ever recommend the same to anyone.
