Description
Training Directions was formed in 1995 to help sales teams and customer facing people develop the skills to be successful in their chosen role. We initially delivered most of these courses ourselves to larger businesses. Increasingly however we were also being approached by smaller organisations or teams who had identified a training need but had a very limited budget. It quickly became apparent that many of these organisations possessed the skills in their management team to deliver training, what they lacked was course material and the time to prepare it. By making our training material available to these organisations they are able to deliver professional courses often at a fraction of the cost of using external or retained trainers, enabling more people to become better trained and proficient.
