My degree is taught very well, lecturers are very enthusiastic about the topics they teach and will always take the time to make sure that you understand everything. Lectures are always on an online system with extra content. There is always guided further reading and the opportunity to go further with your education. This is supported by all of the staff at the university. My degree is accredited so it puts me at a good advantage ahead of other Biomedical Scientists, there is a lot of opportunities and announcements about placements and jobs available. There is a very good student support system and the university is constantly evolving to the advantage of the students. For example, one society decided that there was not enough veggie/vegan food on campus, this has been debated in a student meeting and the university are now exploring vegan food options.

I couldn't have wished for a better 3 years, they have been so enjoyable due to the quality of the course and teaching, the quality of facilities and the surrounding area. Friendliness and commitment to teaching, always open to a discussion and provide help. Tutors and lecturers are always available when they say they are to provide deeper feedback. Coursework feedback is usually very in depth and very helpful.

It's been great so far. Overall I've met some great people, and the university experience has given me the opportunity to branch out, and get out of my comfort zone. I've grown a lot. Lecturers encourage you to go on placements and apply for jobs early, but they also provide services to help you. They don't leave you to do things for yourself. Coventry University is one of the best at that.

My experience at Coventry University has been excellent. Assistance is there when you need it. There are plenty of opportunities to have your voice heard. My University did a lot to help with my CV skills. They have what is called Add+vantage which is an extra module to help with my employability . There are also plenty of voluntary opportunities. My Student Union is very active i am involved with the voluntary team which is great. They do their best to support us. I particularly use the maths support center and it has been really helpful with my maths course.

Coventry University: Such a great place to study! It is right in the centre of Coventry and the whole campus is quite compact which gives the university a real community feel. The University of Coventry has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and willing to help with anything you may need. My experience at Coventry has been great. I think this is a very interesting university, fully modernised teaching methods and approach, 24x7 full equipped library, access to all major computing softwares. The tutors encourage us to contact them, regular meeting for groups and individuals are set up to check on our progress and to allow us to provide feedback on any changes to the course we may prefer. However any support required with technical faults, such as with moodle or emails, can take longer to resolve as the tech team are slow at replying to your issues and concerns. It's more likely to be sorted if you approach specific personel with your problem as emails are often pushed to one side.

Coventry University is excellent with great facilities, staff and work. The city itself is small with the outskirts being quite rough but the university is in the nicest area with clean safe streets. many of the modules are directly involved in improving your technical skills and giving you a wide range of ability's. The University provides job fairs with major companies so that you can interact with potential employers. There is a large amount of support for internship placements and also post graduate jobs for the students. Lecturers are all very high-skilled, they cover a broad range of topics in first year before becoming more specific to your area of interest by third year. Many of of my lectures were on theory but there are modules that have lots of practical work interspersed within the lectures.

This course balances perfectly in depth aspects of both medicine and the pharmaceutical industry, providing clear career information and how to get there. This is along with the opportunity to stay on at the university and gain a masters in pharmacology and drug discovery, as well as plenty of PhD opportunities for those students willing to work for it. All staff are available when they say they will be and only at the other end of an email, I have received an unbelievable level of support with absolutely everything I have done, whether that be personal, interview training, guidance with work I find difficult etc. The course is set 50% each way roughly by coursework and exams, coursework including essays, lab reports and leading on to writing full scientific articles - potentially worthy of publication or conferences. Final year also includes your own lab based project for your thesis, conducting your own research! Teaching is lecture, workshop and lab based, along with an element of independent study which is up to you if you want to achieve those higher grades. The level of lab experience we gain at this university is of an extremely high standard and focuses around making you an attractive and employable graduate.

This university suitable for anyone. I am really glad I choose Coventry such a lovely campus and city! Overall I think this is a great University with a diverse range of courses that have a lot to offer. There is always someone who can help you, you can not be bored because of the huge amount of programs and societies and the employment rate after graduation is really high. I would recommend this Uni to anyone willing to gain a diploma and enjoy a wonderful experience!

I am studying Medical Science and Pharmacological Sciences. It is a very interesting course and you can specialise and divert to any branch. Pharmacology is a great course to be in. I'd like to be a clinical research scientist and this idea came from many work placements I have done during summer. Last summer I worked with one of my lecturers and I was able to see her research on anticancer drugs.

I am enjoying it so far and I would class my experience as good. The course I'm doing is a very good course I think. I am completely satisfied at the moment. Lecturers are experienced in the industry and teach it well. The university has links to a number of companies in the industry so good links for placement opportunities.

The course use to be very strong, it had structure and organisation. The teaching can be strong depending on the lecturer. One lecturer I praise hugely is Rob Tovey. He has structure, and keeps our knowledge up to date with current or trending lectures that are relevant to our module and learning. They really challenge you, and make you consider if you can apply the knowledge to your work, unlike the rest. Strongly consider Coventry University as a whole. Great one to ones with tutors.

I think that graphic design at Coventry University is my best choice in my life so far. My time at Coventry are being enjoyable. I feel that I'm doing something what I really love and my tutors help me to achieve my life goals and make my dreams come true. I can still improve my skills and develop myself. My lecturers are so cool! I'm really impressed that in couple of months my knowledge level increased so much studying graphic design. The best thing is that everything what we do prepares us to work in graphic design's field in the future. We get a lot of experience here and that is great! We have a lot of facilities on our university! We can choose from different printers, PCs or Macs. What is more we have a lot of different machines on FAH we can use on print workshops or typography workshops. Tutors are really helpful and they try to solve every our problem. We also have an opportunity to get a scholarship which is pretty good.

My university experience has been good so far. The university staff were happy to help me change course even though I was moving across faculties from Automotive Engineering to English and Creative Writing. And I was able to do this several weeks into my original course which meant I didn't have to make it through my first year on a course I didn't enjoy before being able to change courses. The university offers many small-scale events such as webinars, group sessions and one to one workshops on employability and workplace skills ranging from presentation skills to CV writing to effective job searching. They also run large scale events like employability fairs that are specific to faculties so each faculty gets a chance to promote relevant employers and invite them in to talk to students. The course allows us to have a high degree of creative freedom in some of our modules whilst still maintaining a stricter and more academic approach in others. This allows us to explore our ideas in our university work without sacrificing the academic side of the experience meaning that we will be well prepared no matter what we go on to do after completing our undergraduate degrees.

I studied at Coventry University for less than a year, but the amount of kindness and nice people I have met makes up for all the new knowledge I have had to consume. If I had a choice to take my degree now, or continue on for two or three more years, I would stay, as a degree is worth nothing if you haven't had any life and uni experience. Because in the end, only one thing matters - to enjoy uni life at its fullest, thank you Coventry!

I chose this course because I heard it is very good, I got a lot of hands-on experience and we get to use new technology in this field. Professors are amazing as they help us out with new techniques and work. In addition, I also did a placement in the BBC. It was only one month, but I gained a lot of experience and I was even promoted to assistant producer. I was also given one week work as a bonus.
