What bride doesn't expect her wedding to be the most magical and memorable day of her life? The skill is turning that fantasy into reality. If you see yourself with a promising and glamorous career planning weddings, this is the course for you.
Intimate or high profile, UK or International, High or low budget, traditional or modern, civil or religious?
Our Wedding Planner Diploma has been exclusively authored by the gentleman who organised Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s spectacular wedding and also Robbie Williams' 30th birthday party! The Wedding Planner course is a practical programm where you are learning to become a qualified Wedding Planner. This course is also suitable if you are planning your own wedding. It is important to understand the background in which a Wedding Planner operates and what are the national trends for marriage ceremonies in the UK. The Office for National Statistics provides up-to-date information on wedding trends.
With the cost of an average wedding in 2008 estimated at £20,273 and we have seen a steady increase since then. The wedding industry is made up of multiple small enterprises like caterers, venues, dress suppliers, photographers, musicians etc. Whilst the industry itself was valued by the financial firm Brewin Dolphin at £4.2 billion, each of the components is smaller, likely to be local and privately owned. This highly diverse market coupled with the large sums of money that are spent on creating wedding celebrations means that the role of the Wedding Planner takes on great importance. This Wedding Planner course will give you the knowledge and skills you need to plan every aspect of the perfect Wedding.
A wedding planner’s job is to help couples have the wedding they want. This could mean planning and organising the whole wedding from start to finish or just sorting out certain aspects of the day. If you enjoy meeting people and love organising things, this job could be perfect for you.
