The course aims to guide students hrough the Veneto region's wines by tasting a variety of still white and red wines. The course will focus in particular on the variations of Valpolicella and the different production techniques involved. We will taste 8 wines from some of the best winemakers in Bardolino, Soave, Lugana and Valpolicella -4 regions grouped together at the southern tip of Lake Garda.

The course will be taught through tasting 8 wines. There are no other costs . Tasting glasses and spittoons are provided . It would be helpful to bring a notebook , pen and some water and possibly some plain crackers to refresh your palate between wines. Please avoid wearing any strong perfume or aftershave .
