About this course
- Find and explore the movement in the hips- Know what joints need warming up and how to use a yoga routine to help hip release- Have practiced a variety of yoga postures- Describe the benefits of good pelvic health- Identify the different names for key postures practiced- Name some key joints, muscles and actions relating to the hips.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Postures are performed barefoot but you may wear non-slip socks if you prefer.
