Course Overview

Through this course, you'll look at important topics such as future trends in retail services, the principles of customer service and leadership.
 
Pre-requisites
 
You must be over 16 to take this course and have a GCSE equivalent to four passes at Grade C or above, or hold an Intermediate GNVQ in an appropriate vocational area.

Assessment
