The trick is to combine the main ingredients with special blends of Caribbean local ingredients to create delicious and unique cuisine. This short course will cover an understanding of Caribbean cookery; learners will explore and discover a very authentic and amazing recipes e.g. Jamaican Rice & peas, Escovitch fish, Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Banana fritters, Trinidad's Dhalpuri, Bahamas' Salt fish ball, Guyana's Black bean soup and many more.
