Explain the procedures for reporting illnesses & injuries under RIDDOR. Conduct a primary and secondary assessment. Perform Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) effectively. State difficulties related to breathing. State and treat difficulties related to circulation. State causes of unconsciousness. Manage medical emergencies. Treat burns and scalds. Treat bone & muscle Injuries. State and treat effects of heat and cold. State and treat the. Suitable for: Every company within the UK, must have a minimum of 1 First Aider on each shift.

HSE First Aid at Work Course Aims
The aim of this course is to allow the student to become a HSE First Aider in the Workplace with a nationally accredited qualification.
This course complies with ‘The Health and Safety (First Aid at Work) Regulations 1981’ for First Aid at Work
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
