The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management has been developed to produce graduates with skills to understand the management of human resources, aligned with good strategic decision making,to maintain organisations’ competitive advantage. To achieve this, learners acquire knowledge through an integrated approach of theory in human resource management and practice using real-time activities. Successful completion of this diploma will enable learners to build on their strategic human resource management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing an organisation’s strategy.

About this course

Possession of an honours degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification

Mature learners (over 21) with relevant work experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme)

If you are not from the United Kingdom or a majority English-speaking country, you must provide evidence that you are competent in English language at a minimum of CEFR (the Common European Framework) level B2 from a recognised English test provider or IELTS level 5.5 in each component

About the course: Well structured course, face to face practical sessions and extremely supportive staff motivated me to make friends along the way and complete the course successfully. Incredible design of the virtual learning centre made navigation online with tutor group easy. I am on the final unit and hope to commence level 5 certificate soon.

About the course: I must tell that the admins were fantastic and not even once faced any problem regarding booking exams or anything else. Tutors were good but the course material quite disappointed me. I had to buy osburne books to pass the exams and face tonns of mistakes in question paper making it annyoing to handle.
