Course Content
You will learn about:
  • The world of coffee - the history and cultivation of coffee
  • Coffee, infusions and juices
  • Equipment used in the production café/restaurant style beverages
  • Drink building techniques including: Espresso, Mocha, Latte, Cappuccino, Macchiato, smoothies and infusions
  • Serving customers hot and cold beverages
  • Working in a safe and efficient manner
  • How to maintain beverage making equipment to maximise safety and consistent quality of beverages
