Part-Time NVQ CUSTOMER SERVICE (LEVEL 3)

Building on the NVQ2 competencies, students will benefit from invaluable customer service skills and ultimately improve their interpersonal skills. You will learn how to work with others to improve customer service; monitor and solve customer service problems; promote continuous improvement and develop your own and others' customer service skills. Training will take place in the workplace at a suitable time arranged with the assessor.

Entry Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Students must be employed in a position of responsibility within the industry.
