Students will further develop skills learnt in NVQ 1 and gain skills required for a career in industry
How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Learners will be continuously assessed and, when competent, assessments will be recorded in a Unit Record Portfolio. Underpinning knowledge will be completed by end of unit tests or online GOLA assessments
On Successful Completion of this Course
Successful completion of the qualification may allow progress on to NVQ 3 Kitchen and Larder, or directly into employment
