Entry RequirementsYou should have a Level 1 qualification in Catering or four GCSEs at C (including English and Maths) or an equivalent qualification Entry on the course is subject to an interview and practical trade test
Additional Information & Other CostsYou will need to purchase uniforms, equipment and text books for the start of the course (this will be discussed in more detail at the interview) Work experience is gained in the College restaurants which are open to the public, staff and students
