Sales for Non-Sales Staff
Course Objective: to ensure that each individual has a clear understanding of the importance of their role in the overall sales process.  This course has been designed to provide the participants with some essential sales techniques, as well as helping them to appreciate the contribution they are making to an organisation’s revenue generation.

  • Understand their role in the sales process
  • Demonstrate a more proactive approach to selling
  • Recognise the importance of effective questioning techniques
  • Handle objections more confidently

     Course Elements

  •  Understanding the importance of your role in the sales process
  •  Developing a sales mentality
  • Understanding why people buy – factors that influence buying decisions
  •  Effective questioning techniques for both pre- and post-sales environments
  • Developing urgency within a client – keeping the sales process moving towards a successful conclusion
  • Working closely with the sales team – utilising the partnership to create a persuasive & coherent sales message
  • Handling objections – “Treating the cause and not the symptom”.  This approach will help conclude the sale and avoid any unnecessary delays.
