Time Management & Organisation
Course Objective: a disturbing statistic suggests that individuals devote the majority of their time to lower priority issues.  Some studies suggest that at best only between 30 - 40 % of time is devoted to the most important tasks.
 
The aim of this course is to help participants re-address some of the basic principles of time management as well as develop and commit to new ideas and techniques that can be used immediately. 
 
The course will end by asking attendees to commit to an action plan that will consider all that has been discussed and will encourage them to use agreed techniques and skills in order to act in a more co-ordinated time efficient manner.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
 
  • Examine their familiar work style and the circumstances affecting their own time management
  • Establish disciplines for improving workflow
  • Recognise the factors causing them to procrastinate and develop methods for overcoming procrastination
  • Develop methods for recognising priority job factors and setting key objectives accordingly
