This course is designed to teach participants to recognise the signs and symptoms associated with Anaphylaxis and also the safe administration of epinepharine via an Epipen prescribed to a specific patient.

What you will cover:

  9. ★Administration of Adrenaline Epi-pen auto injector with a child or adult

  10. ★Creating a child/ adult specific protocol

Course Assessment

Competency assessed through participant’s demonstration of practical resuscitation skills and practical demonstration of the administration of the Epi-pen auto injector with the use of a training auto injector.

Certification

Certificate of Attendance - current for a period of 12 months
