At the end of this course the participants will understand the constituents of Thai curry paste and curries, know how to make green curry paste, red curry paste and massaman curry paste and turn it into curries.
Suitable for: Adults who wish to learn about Thai ingredients and how to create wonderfully flavoursome dishes from them.

Our popular Thai workshop is back! It it a busy morning, starting at 10am. You’ll be involved right from the start making 3 different curry pastes from scratch to take away. Beverley will make up a batch of curry to show you how to use the paste and also how to make superb rice which you'll be able to taste. We’ll also discuss the ingredients, where to buy and if there are alternatives & how to use them.
