The course was very informative and made great use of the time available. Lansdown delivered the information in an interesting and engaging manner that involved all participants and ultimately helped us all learn quicker. It was a really good Training session. Francis was an experienced instructor and one could tell he has been doing this for a while. He was very good with explaining things and helped us understand why assessor course is the most important thing for job sector.
