At typical day includes at least four baking techniques - from bread making to pastry making for savoury dishes to rubbing in method for scones and crumbles and creaming techniques for cakes and brownies. Some items you make will be served with your light lunch but there is always too much to eat in one sitting so you may want to bring a cake tin to take some home in!
Aimed at all levels of competency with full hands on instruction, this course runs from 9.30am until 2.30pm and includes refreshments throughout the day, lunch with wine and a recipe file packed full of tips to take home with you.
