No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Contact was perfect & achieved something & meetings always agreed & also honoured. Very impressed and can recommend without a second thought - customer care is excellent. Can only find praise with SDL as they produced exactly what they offered and certainly 'went the extra mile'. In all dealings it was smooth & professional and you instantly feel confident in working with them as they are very open and certainly passionate about learning.

Set at correct level and also the amount of optional units was good - no problems in finding suitable ones that were maeningful. Enabled applied knowledge & skills to be demonstrated and accredited. SDL provided excellent service and and all documentation etc. Allowed two senior administrators to gain a qualification and prove what they do for the company and show that 'Admin drives the business'.
SDL staff are efficient and know their job well. Always arrived to appointments and were clear in their intent from day one. Work based learning enables you to provide all types of evidence and not all has to go in the portfolio - references to areas of storage and also photos were taken too! Costs are very reasonable when you actually consider the registartion fees and then the specialised attention you get and regular visits etc.← | →

As the Director I was encouraged to undertake a qualification as part of the service SDL provide. My staff undertook L2s and I was persuaded to undertake the Level 4 - what a worthwhile expereince this has been! Very interested in seeing how the process works first-hand and also has enabled me to develop a new structure to the business with qualifications targetting specific levels/duties. Extremely pleased with the support and business-sense that SDL provided and will certainly continue to do so as they have completely changed my mind about training providers and the qualifications offered - their knowledge and also impartiality creates and supports this throughout and a pleasure doing business with them. No politics, funding issues, eligibility or rhetoric.
