When we talk about cash management we enter the world of economics. In particular, this term refers to liquidity management, which for many is also known as treasury management. This is a fundamental aspect that is very useful for assessing the financial stability of a company and which is analyzed through a data processing process that involves the collection and management of cash flows from operating activities to which are added the activities of investment and financing. In detail, cash management includes the whole set of products that are aimed at companies and entrepreneurs and which are useful to them for the management of collections but also for payments. To these are added, finally, all liquidity management services, also considering the electronic channels. Knowing and knowing how to effectively manage cash flows can be a fundamental operation for a good business. The way in which these flows are addressed, in fact, can lead the company to both success and failure. To understand how this can be useful in a company, it is necessary to make an argument that starts from understanding how companies produce cash flows. This usually occurs through the sale of specific products or services. On the other hand, liquidity is spent with taxes, services, supplies, utilities, payments from any suppliers. Correct cash management, as we have seen, is essential for any company. As far as construction companies are concerned, this becomes a priority because it helps to optimize the management of both incoming and outgoing flows. Furthermore, it allows to improve the capital, avoiding to turn to a bank or an institution to ask for a loan due to a delay in payment by customers. It can also be useful for optimizing credit lines and liquidity availability.
