Applicants will be invited to attend and interview and assessed for Key Skills.
PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
This course is suitable for practising or aspiring Team Leaders, Supervisors and Administrators wishing to gain the basic knowledge required to develop basic Team Leading skills.
Students will study subjects including: Effective Communication, Fulfilling Customers Requirements, Maintaining Information Systems, Monitoring the Team's Work and the Role of the Team Leader. Successful completion of this course will provide students with the eligibility for affilitate membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management(ILM).
