Introduction:
Employers and employees have a legal responsibility to safeguard food from anything that can harm the health of consumers. This course is designed to enable Candidates to apply basic food hygiene principles and practices in handling food safely at work.

Careers & Progression Opportunities:
Candidates will be awarded a CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award in Catering on successful completion of CIEH examination.
How To Apply
You will need to have an informal interview with a Adult Admissions Adviser.
Many courses have limited places so please enquire as soon as possible. Following interview, the earliest you may enrol is mid-June.
