Fundamental food hygiene knowledge for all food handlers. This course is designed to be practical and covers relevant legislation, food safety hazards, temperature control, refrigeration, chilling and cold holding, cooking, hot holding and reheating, food handling, principles of safe food storage, cleaning and food premises and equipment. A multiple choice tick box examination is completed at the end of this course
