Reuben holds an Msc in Food Science/Technology and has held production Management Roles with Allied Bakeries, Walkers Crisps, Rank Hovis McDougalls, Hygrade Foods and has practical experience of the Food Industry. Reuben has taught across the Food Industry ranging from catering, manufacturing, retail and the service areas. He trains on his own and on behalf of other Training Providers. Among organisations he has delivered training to are McDonalds, M&S, Cadburys, Charlton House Catering. Busy Bees, various councils and a lot of other small and medium sizes businesses

The CIEH Level 3 course is for supervisors and for those that has responsibility for food safety such as Chefs, Production supervisors and business owners in the retail, catering, and manufacturing sectors suitable for those running restaurants, kitchens, nursing homes and providing meals in schools and nurseries.
Topics covered will include Microbiology, Food handling stages and the hazards at each of these stages and the controls that will apply starting from raw material receipt, storage stages such as ambient, chilled or frozen storage through preparation, cooking and processing through to finished product service or despatch.
Other Topics to include personal hygiene, cleaning and disinfection, pest control, premises and Food Safety legislation.
