This course aims to cover some of the basics of cookery looking at sponge and pastry making thro’ to meat and fish cookery whilst improving your knife skills and confidence. This course is for anybody looking to gain a little more skill and confidence in the Kitchen using practical skills learnt. By the end of the course you should be able to confidently produce a variety of basic items and adapt to your own preferences and quantities required.
