Course programme

The Traffic Commissioners require professional competence to be demonstrated by at least one member of the management team. This applies to all businesses which hold a standard operator's licence and which operate vehicles carrying passengers for hire and reward, unless the vehicle is a licensed hackney carriage or private hire (vehicles with less than 9 passenger seats). One way of demonstrating this competence is by achieving the relevant OCR certificate.
