This qualification is based on the day-to-day demands of senior managers in. the heritage sector and has been designed for those senior managers who. need to build on their general management skills specifically within a. cultural heritage organisation. Learners are able to choose from a wide. range of pathways and optional units to reflect the work that they are. involved in within their organisation. Starts are to suit the individual and/or organisation and we can provide the full range of levels - Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 plus complimentary qualifications to assist your business. About this course

19+ and possession of a level 3/4 would be advantageous but not mandatory - learners must be able to demonstarte literacy and numeracy at level 2 minimum to enable successful completion of this high level qualoification.

Learners to have suitable workplace knowledge and skills and also reliable evidence sources from a cultural heritage source.

Emphasis is on development, strategy and implementation and monitoring in a variety of contexts and also allows for specialisms to be recognised. management of volunteers, staff and process, information and MIS and finance etc. Learners are able to choose from a wide range of pathways and optional units to reflect the work that they are involved in within their organisation.
