Customer Service
The Institute of Customer Service recently carried out research which found that customers' top ten priorities in determining their satisfaction include: friendliness of staff, speed of service, helpfulness of staff, being treated as a valued customer and competence of staff.
More businesses than ever now understand the need to exceed their customers' expectations and are seeking to improve their customer focus. Good customer service is essential to business success and not meeting customer expectations can seriously damage your reputation. It costs six times more to attract a new customer than it does to keep an old one. A typical dissatisfied customer will tell 8-10 people about their problem.
West Cheshire College can help you excel in this area. Training your staff to deliver excellent customer service can help you to keep ahead of the competition, win repeat business, gain more business through word of mouth, attract higher quality staff and improve staff retention.
We can deliver tailor-made training to suit your needs, and offer a range of programmes, including:
- Customer Service NVQ
- Customer Service Apprenticeships
