Michael Ellis MA, UKCP Registered, BACP Registered practitioner, is a psychotherapist, consultant and trainer with twenty years experience of working with groups and consulting to teams in various settings particularly in the public and voluntary sector. He is a Director of the Gestalt Centre and a tutor on the MA programme in group and individual psychotherapy. His MA is in Consultancy with Organisations from the Tavistock Clinic.

Developing Effective Groupwork
Those leading groups and teams bring a range of different desires, values, skills and capacities to their role. Each faces personal challenges and organisational pressures in contexts which are often rapidly changing. Deepening awareness of these factors can make a big difference to how effective we are in our leadership positions.
