What qualification will I receive?
If you complete the course successfully you will receive a Diploma in Management & Leadership Level 5 (CMI).
Where can it lead?
This diploma exists as a qualification in its own right and can be used to enhance career progression. This qualification could assist you for entry onto MA/MBA courses.
What will I study?
Subjects you will study focus upon the strategic planning within the business environment.
Subjects include:
· human resources management (HRM)
· marketing
· managing finance and operations
· managing self and project management
How will I be taught?
You will need to attend classes for two evenings each week. The course is divided into separate modules with a written assignment of 2,000 words to complete each module. You will also do an end of year project and presentation.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through nine assignments incorporating a project of 4000 - 4500 words and a presentation.

You will have access to a personal tutor to help you throughout the course and the College offers a comprehensive range of services for eligible students, including learning support, language support and guidance.
