How is the course structured?

The Level 2 in Effective Customer Care course is divided into eight comprehensive modules:

COURSE ASSESSMENT

The certificate is gained by successfully completing a series of assessments together with an end of course multi-choice questionnaire.

When you have completed the programme, your tutor needs to verify that you have worked through all parts of any Workbooks, Activities and Exercises successfully.

Upon verification of the activities, exercises and assignments, a nationally recognised certificate will be awarded by ABC Awards as confirmation that your written work has met all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for the programme.
