    This course is suitable if you have some experience of engineering study. The degree ensures that a range of core units are covered, including Mechanical Principles, Analytical Methods and Personal Development. The course is delivered in partnership with Staffordshire University. Students will experience a range of theory and practical workshops and tutorials.

    Mathematics, Product Creation Technology and Control Technology, Design and Mechanical Principles, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Systems and Manufacturing Management, Materials, Quality and Production Management and Control and Systems Engineering.

    There is a mixture of internal assignment assessments and examinations.

    In order to meet the requirements of the course you will be need to undertake a work-based project during the second year of the course.

    You will need a scientific calculator, writing materials, folders, etc.
