Where can it lead?
It will improve your job prospects and enable you to progress to the next level and/or other courses.

What will I study?
You will develop and practise all the language skills including speaking and listening skills. You will work on grammar, vocabulary and fluency. The course will also improve your knowledge of citizenship.

How will I be taught?
Your teachers will use a variety of learning materials and classroom activities. In addition you will be able to improve your English using computers. All students are encouraged to use the Learning Resources Centre, which has a large selection of books, tapes, videos and computer language programmes chosen to help you with your studies. Free access to language websites on the Internet is also available.

How will I be assessed?
You will have regular homework and progress tests, and a mock examination a few weeks before the final examination.

What support is available while I am on the course?
You will have an individual learning plan and regular meetings with your tutor to discuss your progress on the course.
