Instructing Health-Related Exercise & Physical Activity For Children

Online Training Course

Independent learning for those who prefer to work at home at their own speed. Complete theory modules online and attend 1 Training Day. Assessment is via video submitted in the post.

Assessment

  • Plan and prepare two exercise sessions for 5-11 year olds and 12-16 year olds
  • Instruct health related exercise session for children, submitted as a video recording
  • Evaluate a health related exercise session for children
  • Complete a case study (worksheet)
  • Complete a six week progressive plan
