Canapés, chestnuts and chocolate are all in season now and the course will cover dishes such as mini Stilton and leek tartlets, soufflé croutons, and chocolate chestnut cake. Chicken liver parfait and mince pies with your own home-made mincemeat will also be made. Some items, such as chocolate truffles, will be suitable for you to give as presents, while others can be frozen ahead.
