From the smallest patch of grass to the grandest of lawns, maintenance has to start somewhere. This course aims to introduce the concepts and practices involved in developing a quality sward.
The course will cover:
· Mowing types and frequency
· Seed selection and application
· Weed, Pest and Disease control
· Topdressing
· Aeration and scarification
· Annual Maintenance and management regimes
· Soil management
This course will be a mixture of both theory and practical hands on application.
