About the course : This is a course designed for experienced care workers; either in residential or field settings. It looks at all aspects of the care management process. This level 3 qualification is designed for employees who want to improve their skills and progress in their careers.

Mandatory Units :
Promoting effective communication for and about individuals.
Promoting, monitoring and maintaining health, safety and security in working environment.
Reflecting on and developing your own practice.
Promote choice, well being and the protection of all individuals (Adults).

Optional Units :
There will be a range of optional units to choose from.

Entry requirements
After this course : You can develop your role and responsibilities as a manager at work and return to take an NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care; become an accredited NVQ assessor; or apply to university for degrees/diplomas in, for example, nursing, for example.

Cost : This course is offered under the Train to Gain programme and is free to individuals who don't already have a level 2 qualification. Otherwise the cost is £150.
