People who wish to improve their cooking skills.

What is the course about?
Why not improve your knowledge and skills and create food that not only tastes good but is also good for you.

Will I need anything else?
You will need basic items, i.e. dish cloth, oven cloth and apron.

How long & often do I attend?
Approximately 3 hours a week for 10 weeks.

How will I be assessed?
No formal assessments are undertaken.

What opportunities will this lead to?
You will gain skills and knowledge which you may wish to use to progress onto other 10-week programmes of study or a professional catering qualification subject to entry requirements.
