Guiding you through a nutritionally balanced menu that never compromises on flavour, Jennifer will be teaching a range of weekday dinners that can be made in 30 minutes. Experimenting with exotic punchy flavours and lots of herbs, spices and vinegars, you will learn to create tasty dishes using unexpected ingredients.
