Quick & Healthy Italian Spring Dishes
If you are rushed off your feet all day and the last thing you want to do is slave in the kitchen after work, here's a perfect opportunity to start your quick and healthy recipe repertoire. A quick glance at food groups and combination of ingredients will get you started on cooking quickly yet still eating healthily! With these no-fuss and yet extremely healthy dishes you will discover a new approach to food, using typically Italian ingredients. Eating healthily can be an exciting way to rediscover food, by bringing back to your kitchen ingredients long forgotten or by introducing foods and cooking methods you have not yet come across. Under the tutor guidance you will prepare and cook a vast array of recipes to create a 3 course lunch.
Dishes that you may cook include: broad bean and pea crostini, grilled polenta with a vegetable stack and basil pesto, orechiette with a roasted vegetable and almond sauce, two bean salad with roasted peppers and rocket, sea bass in cartoccio, or mokfish tails wapped in courgettes, chicken tagliata; and if you have room for a dessert perhaps a yoghurt panna cotta with seasonal fruit compote or a light apple and honey sponge may be on the menu.
