Course Style
This is a hands-on course which is held in a new home. For this reason it is restricted to 9 delegates per course.

- What it takes to deliver a great demonstration (informed customers, knowledgeable and presentable staff and a finished home)
- Presentation techniques for demonstrators including EDIP (Explain, Demonstrate, Imitate, Perform
- The most effective way to conduct the walk-through of the new home, Keeping control of the customer and overcoming objections
Price
From around £60.00 per delegate based upon two half-day courses in one day at the same location. Includes handouts, travel and accommodation but excludes venue costs. Discounts are available for long term contracts.
