A new series of Satuday classes focusing on roasts, a different type of roast will be covered in each session.
This is the ideal time to learn how to cook the perfect roast from the professionals in an informal atmosphere. If your crackling has never crackled, or your Yorkshire puddings refuse to rise, the Leiths team are here to help. Working in pairs, you will prepare and cook your own lunch during the morning, then invite a guest to join you at 1pm to share the feast with a well earned glass of wine.
