Our Human Resource Management Level 5 Apprenticeship enables employees to develop their HR skills, take on more responsibility in people management and broaden their HR knowledge.

We have partnered with Interserve Learning & Employment to deliver our apprenticeships, blending DPG’s expertise in HR and Leadership and Management, with one of the most innovative, Grade 2 Ofsted-accredited training providers in the country.

We provide individual, graduate and national apprenticeships throughout England.

Apprentices on this programme develop the skills and behaviours to work across all elements of HR. Through our blend of eLearning, workshops and our unique Business District, apprentices are required to make decisions and recommendations on what HR needs to do, as well as apply best practice and instigate change for the benefit of the entire organisation.
